Refund and Return Policy

Overview At Bella Ragazza Stay, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience during your stay at our golf course lodge. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund and cancellation policy.
Refund Schedule for Reservations The following refund schedule applies to all reservations made at Bella Ragazza Stay:
- If a guest cancels their reservation 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the guest will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If a guest cancels their reservation between 15 and 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, the guest will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If a guest cancels their reservation between 22 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the guest will forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Please note that any cancellation made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date is eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Refunds Once your cancellation is processed and your eligibility for a refund is determined, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund status. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed promptly and returned to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account first. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, please reach out to your bank.
